Affirm is reinventing credit to deliver honest, flexible payment options. As Director, Platform Accounts Management, you will lead a strategic commercial organization responsible for growing platform partnerships and driving scalable business impact.

You will shape strategy, build a high‑performing team, and partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver merchant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in account management or strategic partnerships, customer success, or related commercial leadership roles.
• Experience influencing organizational strategy, operating models, and cross‑functional decision‑making.
• Experience shaping strategy and driving measurable outcomes across large enterprise partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and build high‑performing teams to grow platform partnerships.
• Set the vision for Account Management across a diverse portfolio of platform partners.
• Develop scalable operating models and performance frameworks across the organization.
• Drive retention, growth, product adoption, and long‑term partnership value.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver merchant outcomes.
