You will shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and work cross-functionally to deliver scalable business impact and platform success. In this role you will guide portfolio strategy, drive long-term partner value, and influence across commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in leadership roles across account management, partnerships, or related commercial functions.
• Strong ability to influence strategy and cross-functional decision making.
• Proven track record building alignment across teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, platforms, payments, or SaaS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and build high-performing teams to grow platform partnerships.
• Set vision for account management across a portfolio of platform partners.
• Develop scalable operating models and performance frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to drive outcomes.
