Affirm is reinventing credit to deliver honest, flexible payment options. As Director, Platform Accounts Management, you will lead a strategic commercial organization responsible for growing platform partnerships and driving scalable business impact.

You’ll shape strategy, build and mentor high‑performing teams, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver merchant and consumer value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in account management or related leadership roles.
• Experience shaping strategy and operating models.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams with clarity and empathy.
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong business judgment and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives.
• Experience in fintech, platforms, payments, SaaS preferred.
