Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Director, Platform Accounts Management to lead a strategic commercial organization focused on growing platform partnerships. You will shape strategy, lead high‑performing teams, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive scalable business impact.

You’ll partner with executives and cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver merchant and business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in account management, strategic partnerships, or related leadership roles.
• Experience influencing organizational strategy and operating models in complex environments.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and drive long-term business impact.
• Strong business judgment and analytical thinking with complex problem solving.

Responsibilities
