Job summary

Lob is transforming how businesses use direct mail with a modern logistics and fulfillment engine. The Business Operations Manager will own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, the Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market, driving ambiguity into documented, measurable processes with named owners.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting / corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or similar operationally intensive domain preferred.
• Strong ability to drive cross-functional programs from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states, published status, named owners, and target completion dates.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and Go‑to‑Market; escalate with judgment when dependencies stall.
• Produce analysis behind program decisions using Lob's data and reporting stack plus available AI tooling.
• Document each program on completion and transition it to a permanent owner with a lasting metric.
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics; support company-wide operating cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Demonstrate program management chops across multiple organizations with non-reporting teams.
