Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Project Controls to lead schedules, budgets and risks across multiple complex projects. Remote options across the U.S. will enable collaboration with diverse teams and clients.

The role requires deep experience in project controls, construction methods, and real estate markets, with a focus on data-driven decisions and proactive leadership. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; preference for Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years in Estimator/Cost Manager or similar role with project controls exposure.
• Ability to translate outputs into marketable deliverables and perform cost evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for multiple large-scale engagements and complex projects.
• Partner with teams to execute projects through all stages and present to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates from concept to documents.
• Analyze local market pricing and provide value engineering inputs.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation.
