Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Project Controls to lead project controls across complex projects in the United States. The role requires extensive experience in cost management, schedules, and risk, with leadership to mentor teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Travel about 25% is anticipated as part of client engagements and project oversight. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in construction controls, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to manage fiduciary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with construction management emphasis.
• 10+ years as an Estimator, Cost Manager or similar role.
• Ability to translate outputs into marketable deliverables and cost evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for engagements across multiple projects.
• Present to key stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Prepare detailed, accurate construction and project cost estimates.
• Assess market pricing for materials, labor and equipment.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide status updates and reports.
