Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Project Controls to lead controls across multiple complex projects in the United States. The role focuses on schedules, budgets, risk management and process improvements within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have extensive construction control experience, industry certifications, and strong leadership and communication abilities to mentor teams and ensure fiduciary responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred in QS, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management).
• Ability to generate AACE cost evaluations and use estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for multiple, large-scale engagements.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and cost control plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare detailed project cost estimates.
