JLL is seeking a Director of Project Controls to lead the controls practice across multiple large-scale projects. You will oversee cost and schedule performance, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.

In this senior role, you will build client relationships, manage fiduciary responsibilities, and align project controls with the PDS business strategy. Travel ~25% is required, with a focus on delivering value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 10+ years as estimator, cost manager, or similar role.
• Proficient in cost estimation methods, benchmarking tools, and AACE levels 1–5.
• Ability to translate outputs into marketable deliverables (case studies, white papers).
• Strong instruction-following and ability to work with senior roles.
