Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 10-15 years in construction with 5+ years in project controls or cost estimating.
• Proven ability to develop accurate cost estimates for complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of means, methods, costs, and market conditions.
• Experience using RS Means, JLL data, and major cost databases.
• Leadership experience and ability to develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project controls for the PDS portfolio and set standards.
• Develop comprehensive project definitions, charters, and budgets.
• Create detailed cost estimates and breakdowns by CSI division.
• Mentor the project controls team and ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
