JLL is seeking a Director of Project Controls in the United States to lead multiple engagements and drive control of schedules, budgets, and risks. You will mentor team members, present to stakeholders, and ensure rigorous cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive construction knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Travel about 25% is expected; on-site work in major markets including Phoenix is common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, architecture, construction management or quantity surveying).
• Ability to perform AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations and use estimating software tools.
• Conceptual knowledge of project cost management theories, practices, and procedures.
• Proven structured work approach and ability to follow established procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead project controls for multiple engagements and large-scale projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates from concept through final construction documents.
• Communicate with stakeholders and present status updates and risk analyses.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their implementation.
• Coordinate data gathering and ensure timely project reporting and change management.
