Job summary

Brex is seeking a manager to lead a high-volume servicing portfolio, combining deep subject-matter expertise with concrete automation opportunities. You will inherit a team with in-flight migrations and partner with Legal, Compliance, and Deal Desk to manage risk and accuracy at scale.

You will own the automation roadmap, oversee reconciliation and audit trails, and drive improvements across wire/ACH, vendor onboarding, and credit reporting for a rapidly growing business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or fintech operations, including 2+ years managing people.
• Experience with credit bureau furnisher processes (Metro 2, e-OSCAR) or data quality remediation.
• Ability to absorb workflows from another team without an SLA dip and drive process improvements.
• Hands-on experience writing requirements and testing integrations with Product/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the automation roadmap for servicing, billing, payment, or credit operations queues; quantify impact and validate changes.
• Define and defend SLAs, quality bars, and capacity models across diverse workflows.
• Lead a team of servicing specialists, building redundancy and ensuring audit-ready controls.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and Finance on high-dollar, time-sensitive cases.
