Job summary

Brex is seeking a Senior Manager of Account Servicing in New York to own end-to-end servicing for a high-volume portfolio. You will oversee a team of specialists, ensure SLA adherence, and drive automation to reduce manual touchpoints while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.

You will shape governance, controls, and reporting, enabling precise balance adjustments, fee changes, and timely settlements with audit-ready processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or fintech operations.
• 2+ years managing people directly.

Responsibilities

• Own the servicing SLA and accuracy across the portfolio.
• Lead automation and migration to reduce manual work.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and Finance on escalations.
• Write and maintain SOPs, QA sampling, and maker-checker controls.
• Serve as the escalation path for high-dollar, time-sensitive cases.
