Job summary

GNC is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to lead growth, development, and operational excellence of franchise partners across their markets. You will partner with franchisees to maximize profitability and ensure adherence to GNC standards, while driving both retail and wholesale revenues.

Covering about 40 stores in NC, VA, and GA, the role requires travel up to 75%, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor franchisees in training and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in franchise operations or multi-unit management.
• Ability to travel as required – up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple franchise partners.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Legal, Science, and Product Development.
• Guide franchisees to maximize profitability and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with operating system and brand standards.
• Oversee training program phases I-III for new franchisees.
• Set visitation cycles and conduct store evaluations.
• Resolve disputes to maintain strong relationships.
• Support new store openings and provide training.
