Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in franchise operations or multi-unit management.
• Experience leading franchise networks and achieving retail/wholesale revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple franchise partners.
• Coordinate with support departments (Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Legal, Science, Product Development).
• Coach franchisees to maximize ROI and operations performance.
• Lead new store openings, transfers, remodels, and expansions.
• Monitor market opportunities and drive expansion into new markets.
