Job summary

GNC Holdings LLC is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to lead growth, development, and operational excellence across the franchise network. You will partner with franchisees to maximize profitability, ensure adherence to operating standards, and mentor operators in training and performance.

You will drive franchisee relationships, oversee store openings, transfers, and market expansion while maintaining a focus on delivering strong Retail and Wholesale revenues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience in franchise operations.
• Experience in multi-unit management and franchise operations.
• Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple franchise partners.
• Coordinate communication between franchisees and various GNC support departments.
• Build relationships, provide guidance and support to enhance profitability.
• Provide general business and operational guidance to franchisees.
• Coach franchisees to maximize ROI and performance.
• Ensure compliance with operating system, documents, program requirements, and brand standards.
• Oversee training programs for new franchisees (Phase I-III).
• Establish visitation cycles and conduct store evaluations.
• Implement dispute resolution methods and maintain positive franchise relationships.
• Facilitate quality start-up and opening assistance for new stores.
• Manage transfers, remodels, relocations, and conversions.
• Monitor geographical market for potential franchisees.
• Responsible for achieving Retail and Wholesale revenue targets.
• Provide leadership to franchise partners.
