GNC is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to lead franchise store performance across multiple markets, ensuring consistent customer experience and adherence to GNC standards. This role requires coaching franchisees, guiding ROI, and providing operational leadership.

You will oversee revenue responsibilities for retail and wholesale in the territory covering New York, New Jersey, New England, Maryland, and Virginia, with significant travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; MBA/MS preferred but not required.
• 8+ years progressive multi-unit retail or franchise operations experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role; prior managerial/supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office and internet apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee franchise store operations to grow revenue and ensure consistent customer experience.
• Coach franchisees to maximize ROI and provide operational guidance.
• Direct training, negotiate pricing, and enforce GNC standards and operating system.
• Support start-ups, remodels, relocations and transitions across stores.
• Travel up to 75% to support franchises and market coverage.
