Responsibilities

Franchisee Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact and manage day-to-day relationships with multiple franchise partners.
Operational Excellence and Performance: Provide general business and operational guidance to franchisees, driving KPI goals.
New Store Support and Development: Facilitate start-up and opening support for new stores, including training of new Franchise Operators.
Market Analysis and Expansion: Monitor the geographical market for potential franchisees.
Revenue Generation: Responsible for achieving Retail and Wholesale revenue targets.
Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to franchise partners.
