Responsibilities

• Franchisee Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and manage day-to-day relationships with multiple franchise partners.
• Operational Excellence and Performance: Provide general business and operational guidance to franchisees, leading through influence to drive goals and KPIs.
• New Store Support and Development: Facilitate and assist with quality start-up and opening assistance for new stores, including training.
• Market Analysis and Expansion: Monitor the geographic market for potential franchisees interested in ownership.
• Revenue Generation: Responsible for achieving Retail and Wholesale revenue targets set by GNC.
• Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to franchise partners.
