Job summary

GNC is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to lead growth and operational excellence for franchise partners across the North Carolina/Virginia/Georgia region. You will drive retail and wholesale revenues, mentor franchisees, and ensure adherence to GNC standards.

The role emphasizes relationship management, training program oversight, and strategic expansion in a dynamic health and wellness environment. Travel to franchise locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with franchise or multi-unit experience preferred.
• Strong business sense, profitability understanding, and experience working with franchise networks.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop teams and manage relationships at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day relationships with multiple franchise partners and act as primary contact.
• Guide franchisees to achieve profitability, adherence to operating standards, and customer excellence.
• Oversee training programs and ensure timely completion of Phase I–III for new operators.
• Support new store openings, transfers, remodels, and relocations within the territory.
• Monitor market potential and identify well-capitalized franchisees for expansion.
• Drive retail and wholesale revenue targets across the region.
• Lead and develop franchise partners through coaching and mentorship.
