Job summary

GNC is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to drive growth, development, and operational excellence across 40 NC/VA/GA franchise stores. You will collaborate with franchisees to maximize profitability, ensure adherence to operating standards, and boost both retail and wholesale revenue.

Heavy travel to support franchise locations and training is required. Leadership is central: mentor franchisees, oversee training phases, and maintain high customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
Strong business acumen and understanding of unit economics and profitability.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as required - up to travel significantly.

Responsibilities

Franchisee Relationship Management: manage day-to-day relationships with multiple franchise partners.
Operational Excellence and Performance: guide operations to meet KPIs and corporate goals.
New Store Support and Development: assist with start-ups, transfers, remodels, and openings.
Market Analysis and Expansion: monitor markets for potential franchisees.
Revenue Generation: achieve Retail and Wholesale revenue targets.
Team Leadership and Development: provide leadership to franchise partners.
