Qualifikationen

• Director-level IT leadership experience.
• Deep background in ITSM/ESM domains.
• Hands-on use of ITSM/ESM platforms such as Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Atomicwork, Moveworks.

Aufgaben

• Answering Research Questions: share expert perspective on IT service workflows and IT operations.
• Scenario Review: assess IT/ESM scenarios like incident escalation and ticket triage.
• Surveys & Interviews: participate in structured surveys or interviews to inform research.
• Product & Process Feedback: provide informed feedback on tools and workflows.
• Framework Input: contribute SME input to help research teams understand IT use of service management platforms.
