Qualifications

• Director-level IT leadership experience in IT operations or related field.
• Hands-on ITSM/ESM platform selection and management experience.
• Experience with Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Atomicwork, or Moveworks.
• Strong analytical thinking to map IT workflows to research questions.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail; PayPal account required to receive payment.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions on IT service workflows and incident handling.
• Review ITSM/ESM scenarios and provide expert responses.
• Participate in surveys and interviews informing IT operations practices.
• Give product and process feedback on IT management tools and workflows.
• Contribute framework input to help researchers understand IT functions.
