Qualifications

• Director-level IT experience in ITSM/ESM.

• Experience as a decision maker for platform selection.
• Strong analytical thinking and IT workflows experience.
• Excellent written communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions on IT policy, IT operations, and service management.
• Review scenarios like incident escalation, ticket triage, and onboarding workflows.
• Participate in surveys or interviews to inform research topics.
• Provide product and process feedback on ITSM/ESM tools and processes.
• Contribute SME insights to help research teams understand IT usage.
