If successful, you'll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, paid to share your expertise. Researchers pay up to $200 per hour for ITSM/ESM insights on tickets, incident workflows, and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Director-level or above in IT, Technology, IT Operations, or related function.
• Domain Knowledge: deep background in ITSM/ESM.
• ITSM/ESM Experience: hands-on use of ITSM/ESM platforms.
• Decision-Making: experience as a decision maker for platform selection or management.
• Analytical Thinking: ability to analyze IT workflows and ticketing to provide insights.
• Communication: strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions with your expert perspective on ITSM/ESM topics.
• Review scenarios involving incident escalation, ticket triage, and onboarding requests.
• Participate in surveys or interviews to inform research on service management practices.
• Provide product and process feedback for ITSM/ESM tools and workflows.
• Contribute framework input to help researchers understand IT functions.
