Prolific is seeking IT and tech leaders with hands-on ITSM/ESM platform experience to join our Expert Network. You'll complete a brief test to qualify and, if selected, participate as a paid expert sharing insights with researchers and organisations.

Expect flexible hours and the option to work from home; payments can be made via PayPal for hours worked, with typical tasks paying up to $200/hour.

Qualifikationen

• Director-level or higher experience in IT/Technology leadership.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM/ESM domains and workflows.
• Hands-on use of ITSM/ESM platforms (Jira Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Atomicwork, Moveworks).
• Experience as a decision maker for platform selection and implementation.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• PayPal account to receive payments.

Aufgaben

• Share expert perspective on internal IT service workflows and policies.
• Assess ITSM/ESM scenarios such as incident escalation and ticket triage.
• Participate in surveys and interviews to inform research on service management.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes in IT/Operations.
• Contribute subject-matter input to help research teams interpret IT usage.
