Job summary

Repligen Corporation in the United States seeks Senior Director, Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings to lead a team of enterprise-level experts across solution architecture, proposal development, and end-to-end project delivery.

Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Solutions, the role drives capability building, collaborates with Commercial, Manufacturing, and Quality, and oversees partnerships with system integrators and suppliers to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• More than 10 years of life sciences industry experience including GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, qualification, validation, and global project execution.
• At least 7 years of experience leading complex capital, bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects from pre-sale through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development and continuous improvement of Integrated Solutions process designs, third-party interface requirements, automation framework standards, and proposal templates.
• Lead the proposal management team, in partnership with the Integrated Solutions Commercial team, to rapidly develop tailored customer solutions, commercial proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Lead the project execution team to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while proactively managing scope, risks, resources, governance, quality, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate across internal functions and external partners to resolve issues, manage dependencies and escalations, and enable successful project delivery through strong communication, collaboration, and influence.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing proposal and project management talent; establish clear accountabilities, performance expectations, and succession plans.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies involving engineering firms, system integrators, and other bioprocessing hardware and technology suppliers to strengthen capabilities and enhance customer value.
• Manage the post-sale project funnel and portfolio priorities to support predictable, timely delivery to customers while balancing strategic priorities and resource allocation.
• Translate customer feedback, industry trends, and technology gaps into actionable input for R&D and Product Management to advance Repligen Integrated Solutions.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and external ambassador for Repligen Integrated Solutions at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
