Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Director, Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings, to lead a team delivering architecture, proposals, and end-to-end project execution for bioprocessing customers. You will partner across functions and with external partners to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery while uplifting leadership and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in life sciences with process engineering, GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, qualification, validation, and global project execution.
• 7+ years leading complex capital, bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects from pre-sale through delivery and handover.
• Progressive leadership in regional operations, program management, or project execution with cross-functional accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to establish governance, prioritize resources, manage risk, and lead through change.
• 5+ years of people leadership, talent development, succession planning, and building organizational capability.

Responsabilités

• Solution architecture: Lead cross-functional development and continuous improvement of Integrated Solutions process designs, third-party interface requirements, and proposal templates.
• Proposal development: Lead the proposal management team to rapidly develop tailored customer solutions and responses to RFPs.
• Project execution: Lead the project execution team to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while managing scope and risks.
• Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate across internal functions and external partners to resolve issues and enable successful delivery.
• Organizational leadership: Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing proposal and project management talent.
• Partnership strategy: Develop and execute partnerships with engineering firms, system integrators, and suppliers to strengthen capabilities.
• Portfolio management: Manage post-sale project funnel and portfolio priorities to support timely delivery.
• Market and innovation insights: Translate feedback and trends into input for R&D and Product Management.
• Industry leadership: Serve as a subject-matter expert and external ambassador for Repligen Integrated Solutions.
