Repligen Corporation seeks a Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions to drive enterprise-level solution sales across the Americas. You will develop regional go-to-market strategies, build senior-level customer relationships, and expand adoption of integrated bioprocessing workflow solutions.

You will collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing, Proposal Management, Project Management, Service, and Field Applications teams to bring Repligen's portfolio into differentiated solutions

• Lead enterprise-level solution sales across biopharma and life sciences sectors.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for Integrated Solutions in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Build regional partnership strategies with customers, engineering firms, and system integrators.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, and close complex solution-based opportunities for recurring revenue.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and key decision-makers.
• Position integrated Repligen bioprocessing solutions to address workflow, productivity, and lifecycle needs.
• Lead regional customer engagement and coordinate with Proposal Management for compelling proposals.
• Partner with Project Management, Service, and Field Applications after deal closure for execution.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams to translate market trends into requirements.
• Apply bioprocessing expertise to design end-to-end solutions addressing challenges.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast data in SFDC; report status to leadership.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets through disciplined opportunity management.
• Coordinate resolution of customer issues to protect satisfaction and retention.
• Leverage senior industry network to identify opportunities and strengthen market presence.
