Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings to lead a team of enterprise‑level experts responsible for solution architecture, proposal development, and end‑to‑end project delivery in the United States.

You will partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Legal to enable timely, safe, and compliant customer delivery; develop partnerships with engineering firms and system integrators; and drive organizational capability and governance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in life sciences, including GMP manufacturing, scale-up, and validation.
• 7+ years leading complex capital bioprocessing or engineered-system projects from pre-sale to handover.
• 5+ years of people leadership across varying experience levels.
• Leadership in regional operations, program management, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to establish governance, manage resources, and influence decisions through complexity and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development of Integrated Solutions process designs and automation standards.
• Oversee proposal management to rapidly develop tailored customer solutions and responses to RFPs.
• Direct project execution to deliver safely, on time, within budget, with risk and scope control.
• Coordinate across internal functions and external partners to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing proposal and project teams.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies with engineering firms and system integrators.
• Manage post-sale project funnel and portfolio priorities for predictable delivery.
• Translate customer feedback and industry trends into input for R&D and Product Management.
