Job summary

Repligen seeks a Senior Director, Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings, to lead a team delivering end-to-end project execution, solution architecture, and tailored proposals for bioprocessing customers. You will drive engineering and automation efforts while partnering with the Commercial team to win differentiated contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related discipline.
• 10+ years life sciences industry experience, with process engineering, GMP manufacturing, scale-up, validation, and global project execution.
• 7+ years leading complex capital bioprocessing projects from pre-sale through delivery and handover.
• 5+ years of people leadership, talent development, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and continuous improvement of Integrated Solutions designs, interfaces, automation standards, and templates.
• Oversee proposal management with Commercial team to rapidly develop tailored solutions and responses to RFPs.
• Direct project execution to deliver safely, on time, within budget, and with managed scope and risks.
• Coordinate across functions and partners to resolve issues and enable successful delivery with strong communication.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing proposal and project management talent.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies with engineering firms, system integrators, and suppliers.
• Manage post-sale funnel and portfolio priorities to balance delivery with strategic goals.
• Translate customer feedback and industry trends into input for R&D and Product Management.
• Serve as subject-matter expert and external ambassador at meetings and conferences.
