Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings, to lead a team of experts in solution architecture, proposal development, and end-to-end project execution. You will partner with commercial teams and cross-functional groups to deliver differentiated, compliant solutions and guide complex customer projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• Over 10 years of life sciences industry experience, including GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, qualification, and global project execution.
• 7+ years leading complex capital, bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects from pre-sale through delivery.
• 5+ years of people leadership including talent development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and continuous improvement of Integrated Solutions process designs and automation standards.
• Head proposal management to rapidly develop tailored customer solutions and responses to RFPs.
• Direct project execution to deliver safely, on time, and within budget while managing scope, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate across internal and external partners to resolve issues and enable successful delivery.
• Recruit and develop high-performing proposal and project management talent; set accountability and succession plans.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies with engineering firms, system integrators, and suppliers.
• Manage post-sale project funnel and portfolio priorities for predictable delivery.
• Translate customer feedback and industry trends into input for R&D and Product Management.
• Act as external ambassador for Repligen Integrated Solutions at meetings and conferences.

Education
