Job summary

RepliGen Corporation in the United States is seeking a Manager Field Service to lead a high‑performing team of Field Service Engineers across the North America East Coast region. You will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery.

You will partner with Commercial, Engineering, Quality and Product teams to support business growth, manage a P&L, and meet service revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; BA/BS in Engineering or Science.
• 5 years prior operations or field service leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within defined geographic region.
• Experience managing a P&L or operational budget.
• Service business savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Field Service Engineers across the North America territory.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for team and customers.
• Drive outstanding customer experiences and continuous improvement.
• Manage installations, maintenance, demos, and repairs.
• Optimize field service schedule and capacity.
• Achieve service revenue and profitability targets; support growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineers, and Automation Engineers.
