Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across a North America territory. You will drive operational excellence, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with customers, engineering, and product management to support growth and exceptional service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and proven experience with P&L or budget management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of operations or field service leadership experience.
• Proven team leadership and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel within the specified geographic region.
• Experience managing a P&L or operational budget.
• Service business savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Field Service Engineers team across North America East Coast.
• Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Ensure health and safety of the Field Service team, colleagues and customers.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Product Management to support growth.
• Manage field service scheduling, installations, maintenance, and repairs; ensure service readiness for NPI.
