Job summary

RepliGen Corporation on the West Coast NA territory is seeking a Manager, Field Service to lead a team of Field Service Engineers, drive operational excellence, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery across North America. The role partners with customers, engineering, quality, and product management to support growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates will hold a BA/BS in engineering or science and have at least 5 years of leadership in operations or field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science oriented discipline.
• 5 years prior operations or field service leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team, managing customer relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region.
• Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams.
• Experience in managing a P&L or operational budget.
• Service business savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
• Ensure the health and safety of the Field Service team, colleagues and customers.
• Accountable for positive leadership of direct reports to include ongoing direction, coaching, and career development.
• Ensure the Field Service team is trained and developed, capable and prepared, motivated and engaged, provided with tools and test equipment, and compliant with quality and safety requirements.
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences and manage customer complaints to a swift, satisfactory conclusion.
• Drive Operational Excellence and optimize field service scheduling and capacity; support NPI launches.
• Achieve Service Revenue and profitability targets and provide forecasts.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives for the Field Service Team.
