Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Manager Field Service to lead a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across the North American East Coast territory. You will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery.

You will partner with Commercial, Engineering, Quality, and Product Management to support growth, manage a P&L, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• 5 years of operations or field service leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers across a North American territory.
• Ensure health and safety of the team and customers; coach and develop direct reports.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Achieve service revenue and profitability targets and report on KPIs.
