Repligen is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across North America. You will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while ensuring compliant and safe service delivery.

You will collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, Quality and Product Management to support growth and enhance the customer experience, including NPIs and service readiness.

Qualifications

• 5 years prior operations or field service leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team, managing customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science oriented discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Field Service Engineers across a North America territory.
• Deliver safe, compliant and efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Commercial, Engineering, Quality and Product Management functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and service processes.
• Achieve service revenue and profitability targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate installations, maintenance, deployments, demos and repairs.
• Plan capacity, scheduling and resources for field services.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all actions.
