Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Director to lead strategic and operational corporate real estate engagements within its CRE practice. You will collaborate with leadership and client teams to deliver innovative CRE solutions and optimize operating models, service delivery, and digital workplace strategy.

The role requires broad CRE expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• High proficiency with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• As a Director in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution CRE practice, you will spend your days addressing strategic and/or operational CRE issues while working with leadership and clients to deliver innovative solutions.
• You should have broad knowledge of CRE operating models, organizational design, and service delivery, plus portfolio, workplace, occupancy, and IT/digital workplace strategy.
