Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Director for Strategy and Execution in Corporate Real Estate. You will lead CRE engagements, influence strategy, and work across multi-disciplinary teams with senior clients to deliver innovative solutions. This role blends consulting rigor with real estate expertise.

You will mentor staff, manage complex timelines, and contribute to business development while leveraging EY’s global network and AI-enabled tools to create lasting client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related work (or graduate degree with 3+ years).
• Experience delivering strategic projects for large clients in CRE/management consulting.
• Knowledge of operating models, organizational design, service delivery, and related CRE disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Make informed decisions on people, places, and technology for CRE engagements.
• Lead and manage CRE projects across sectors with cross-functional teams.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
