Job summary

EY-Parthenon, the strategy and execution arm of EY, is seeking a Director-level professional to lead corporate real estate engagements within a national client base. You will shape strategies across operating models, portfolio, and workplace initiatives, guiding teams and delivering innovative CRE solutions.

Ideal candidates bring multi-discipline CRE expertise, strong analytical and client-management skills, and a proven track record in complex projects within professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience delivering strategic projects for large clients in CRE, management consulting, or technology consulting.
• Knowledge across at least three CRE disciplines: operating model, organizational design, and service delivery; plus portfolio, workplace, occupancy, location, sustainability, and M&A/divestiture support.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Make informed decisions about people, place, and technology in CRE.
• Lead and manage projects across sectors for national clients.
• Provide CRE operating models, organizational design, and outsourcing analyses.
• Develop proposals, presentations and other client-facing materials.
