Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution CRE practice seeks a Director to lead high-impact real estate engagements, combining strategy, transactions, and corporate finance insights. You will guide teams, manage client relationships, and deliver innovative CRE solutions grounded in EY’s global network.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CRE consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with related work experience in CRE/consulting.
• Experience in operating model design, organizational design, and service delivery in CRE.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate real estate strategy and execution engagements across multiple sectors.
• Lead and manage CRE engagements with practice leadership and client management.
• Develop operating models, organizational design, service delivery analyses, and portfolio/workspace strategies.
