Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States seeks a Director to lead Strategy and Execution within Corporate Real Estate, delivering innovative solutions across operating models, portfolio and workplace strategy.

You will manage complex client engagements, mentor teams, and drive value through data-driven insights while partnering with EY’s global CRE network in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with 5+ years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with 3+ years.
• Experience delivering strategic projects for large clients in CRE, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting.
• Knowledge of at least three core CRE disciplines: operating model, organizational design, service delivery, portfolio, workplace, occupancy, location, sustainability, technology, digital workplace strategy, and M&A/Divestiture support.

Responsibilities

• Make intelligent decisions about people, place, and technology within CRE engagements.
• Lead strategic and operational CRE projects with practice leadership and client management.
• Manage projects across sectors and coach client service teams nationally.
