Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Director in Strategy and Execution CRE to lead high-impact corporate real estate engagements. You will apply operating models, portfolio analysis, and workplace strategy across national clients while guiding practice leadership and client management.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CRE, consulting or related fields, with strong communication, negotiation, and mentoring abilities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge and experience in at least three core CRE consulting disciplines including operating model design, organizational design, service delivery, portfolio, workplace, occupancy, location, sustainability, technology, digital workplace strategy, and M&A/Divestiture support.
• Experience supporting project management activities (resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, budget management).
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• Professional accreditation in real estate, design, engineering, construction, project management and process improvements (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make informed decisions about people, place, and technology within EY-Parthenon’s CRE practice.
• Deliver innovative CRE solutions with leadership and client management across national engagements.
• Manage and execute projects across all sectors, supporting service teams and client relationships.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate EY's perspective on CRE topics and trends.
