Job summary

EY-Parthenon, the Strategy and Execution CRE practice, seeks a Director to lead complex real estate engagements across multiple sectors. You will guide strategic decisions on operating models, workplace strategy, and technology, while mentoring a diverse team and coordinating with client leadership.

You will shape proposals, deliver insights from data, and drive value through clear storytelling, collaboration, and disciplined program management in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Credible experience delivering strategic projects for large clients.
• Experience in CRE consulting disciplines and technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRE strategy engagements across multiple sectors.
