Job summary

EY-Parthenon, the strategy and execution practice within EY, is seeking a Director to lead Corporate Real Estate (CRE) engagements. You will drive strategic and operational CRE issues, partnering with practice leaders and clients to deliver innovative solutions across a national scope.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, develop proposals, and mentor junior staff while operating in a flexible hybrid environment in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or a graduate degree with 3+ years.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; client-facing experience preferred.
• High proficiency with MS Office and comfort leveraging AI tools in business settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Strategy and Execution CRE engagements across sectors.
• Collaborate with leadership and client teams to deliver innovative CRE solutions.
• Develop proposals, presentations and client-facing materials.
• Mentor and counsel junior staff and manage multiple projects.
