Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York is seeking a Director to lead Strategy and Execution in Corporate Real Estate (CRE). You will oversee engagements spanning operating models, portfolio strategy, and digital workplace initiatives, guiding teams and delivering data-driven insights for high-profile clients.

You will mentor junior staff, manage multi-disciplinary projects, and travel as needed to support national engagements while maintaining a strong client-service focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or related field and 5+ years of experience; or a graduate degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Credible experience delivering strategic projects for large clients in CRE, management consulting, or related fields.
• Experience across at least three CRE disciplines: operating model design, organizational design, service delivery; portfolio/workplace/occupancy strategy; M&A/Divestiture support.

Responsibilities

• Make informed decisions about people, place, and technology within CRE engagements.
• Lead and deliver innovative CRE solutions for clients, across national engagements.
• Manage multiple projects across sectors, mentoring staff and coordinating client teams.
