Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director to lead Strategy and Execution in Corporate Real Estate. You will manage cross-functional CRE engagements, including operating models, service delivery, and M&A support, across a national client base. Strong leadership, client management, and data-driven problem solving are essential.

You will mentor junior staff, influence with senior stakeholders, and work in a flexible hybrid environment within the EY ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or similar field with 5+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with 3+ years.
• Credible experience delivering strategic projects for large clients in CRE, management consulting, workplace consulting, or tech consulting.
• Experience in at least three CRE disciplines: operating model, organizational design, service delivery; plus portfolio/workplace/occupancy strategies.
• Experience leading project management activities including resource planning, scheduling, pricing, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational CRE engagements across sectors with leadership and client management.
• Deliver innovative CRE solutions, including operating models, workplace strategy, and IT/digital workplace.
• Mentor junior staff and manage teams across distributed locations.
