Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York seeks a Director to lead Strategy and Execution for Corporate Real Estate. You will oversee strategic and operational CRE engagements, partnering with leadership to deliver innovative solutions across sectors.

You will manage client relationships, develop proposals, and mentor teams while navigating complex data insights and workplace strategies in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance or related field plus 5+ years of CRE/consulting experience.
• Graduate degree with 3+ years of related work experience is acceptable.
• Experience across at least three CRE disciplines (operating model, portfolio, workplace, M&A/Divestiture).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational CRE engagements for national accounts.
• Design operating models, organizational design and service delivery mechanisms.
• Manage proposals, client presentations and engagements across sectors.
