Job summary

American Heart Association seeks a Director, Clinical Solutions and Licensing to lead strategy and execution for the commercialization of AI-enabled content and for electronic health record partnerships from our National Center in Dallas, Texas, with home-based work available.

This senior role will drive licensing negotiations, cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, and technology teams to ensure integration, compliance, and adoption while guiding customer success for ongoing sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health-IT-adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility across partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization function.

Responsibilities

• Defining alliance and licensing strategy.
• Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements.
• Coordinating cross-functional efforts with product, legal, technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption.
