Job summary

American Heart Association is seeking a Director, Clinical Solutions and Licensing to lead strategy and execution for the commercialization of AI-enabled content and EHR partnerships at our National Center in Dallas, Texas, with home-based work available.

You will drive alliance and licensing strategy, negotiate complex agreements, and coordinate with product, legal, and technology teams to enable scalable growth and successful adoption of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health‑IT–adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility across partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization function.

Responsibilities

• Defining alliance and licensing strategy.
• Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements.
• Coordinating cross functional efforts with product, legal, technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption.
• Oversee customer success team to ensuring ongoing sales.
